I have meant to write to you for some time to tell you how pleased we are with the five sash windows you built and installed at the School house. As you know we were replacing sashes that let wind into the house and would not easily slide open. We have lived with your windows for over two years now, they fit beautifully, open easily and no wind gets through. The house is consequently warmer than the previous 20 years. I wanted to thank you for your detail and design to your professional workforce and the two fitters who came to the house, they were great.

The quality and appearance of the sash windows is just outstanding. Living in a Grade II* listed building and it was essential that the windows met the approval of the local Conservation Officer. After seeing a sample double glazed sash window the Conservation officer was more than happy to grant planning permission. Now the windows are installed people are amazed that they can’t tell the difference in appearance from before and are shocked when we say they are double glazed. With these windows the thermal and acoustic improvements are huge, with condensation on window panes now a thing of the past.

The new bespoke wooden box sash double glazed windows are beautiful and have transformed our Victorian home. Our house is now warm and draught free thanks to the new 29 windows. Ronnie’s advice and designs are first class as was the fitting and the transforming second fix. Very professional and caring service including from the amazing fitting team. No job too small or difficult including a fixed window behind stairs, out of the way and yet now also transformed with a new double-glazed unit. The technical specifications are first class designed to keep and retain heat in the home. Delighted with everything, thanks to a really fantastic team.

Our home was transformed by having our old single glazed sash windows replaced by double glazing from Sash Restoration. Not only were the rooms losing a lot of heat through the windows but there used to be a lot of condensation spoiling the view. We now have no condensation, a perfect view, much warmer rooms and I can open and close my windows with one finger ! I would highly recommend this business.
